This is an agreement between you, the end user, and Softabar.
By using this software, you are agreeing to become bound by the
terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use this
software and remove the software from your computer.

License is a personal license. Only one person can use a single
license.

You may not distribute the licensed version of this software or any
associated keys.

You may not, in any event, modify, sublicense, sell, rent, lease,
decompile or in any way reverse engineer neither demo nor licensed
version of this software.

You are allowed to use and distribute evaluation version of this
software as long as it is not modified in any way.
This software, accompanying documentation (including instructions
for use) and Softabar Password Manager Server Storage is provided
"as is" with limited or no support. Softabar disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties
of merchantability, fitness for any purpose and compatibility now
or in the future with any configuration of computing equipment or
software. In no event shall Softabar be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages
(including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or
services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption),
however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract,
strict liability or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising
in any way out of the use of any version of this software, even if
advised of the possibility of such damage.
